I am looking to invest In a commercial property with rental. Are there any available shops for sale in Balestier point or any other development within the range of $700000/ to $1.1million with rental for sale? I am serious buyer looking for investment.

There are various properties with low rental yield but enbloc potential (Freehold ) or would you prefer units with existing rental?

    As spoken to you I am interested in this property yet my. concern is which would be a better investment ... A commercial property or residential. I have cash in hand to invest & will be the sole owner. Once I have made a decision , I plan to invest immediately.
